How do I cancel my Winkel Factuur subscription?
You can cancel via your account settings under Subscription > Cancel, by emailing support@winkelfactuur.nl, or by writing to our business address. No reason is required.
Will I lose access immediately after canceling?
No. For paid subscriptions, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. Free trial cancellations take effect immediately.
Can I get a refund for unused time?
Winkel Factuur does not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time. However, you keep access until the end of your paid period. See the Refund Policy for exceptions.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
Your data is retained in read-only mode for 30 days after account deactivation. After that, it is permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR.
Can I reactivate my account after canceling?
Yes. Within 30 days of deactivation, you can log in, select a subscription, and all your history and settings will be restored. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
