Our subscription structure is based on order volume, number of stores and the level of automation you need. Each package takes into account the multi-marketplace reality of bol.com, Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce.
What fits your organization?
Free: ideal for starting bol sellers or test accounts. You get automatic invoices, basic uploads and access to the customer portal.
Growth: intended for companies with multiple stores and need for review automation and alerts.
Scale: adds advanced automation, such as custom alerts, extensive analytics and multiple companies.
Pro: for enterprises and agencies that need unlimited stores, API access and dedicated support.
Scaling without friction
You can upgrade at any time. Winkel Factuur charges pro rata and immediately activates the extra modules. Downgrading is possible after each period as soon as the volume drops again.
Subscriptions take OSS and compliance into account: higher packages include advanced audit reports and monitoring.
Enterprise and agency
For agencies we offer white-label options and multi-tenant management via the companies and stores modules. Enterprises can choose dedicated hosting, SSO and custom integrations.
In fact.md you will find the security requirements on which these packages are based, such as ISO27001 processes and detailed audit logging.
Daily workflow
- Check order volume and see if you stay within your package.
- Activate new stores or modules when you scale up.
