Winkel Factuur: Winkel Factuur, a trade name of Bolaji Group B.V., based in Rotterdam (Wilhelminaplein 1-40, 3072DE). CoC: 91527694, VAT: NL865684285B01.

User/Customer: any natural or legal person who creates an account or uses services.

Services: including automatic bol.com invoices, emails, alerts, dashboards and UBL/accounting exports.

Winkel Factuur provides a cloud platform for automating bol.com related processes. We strive for high availability and deliver dedicated support.

Maintenance and updates may occasionally (announced) lead to limited interruption.

Prices are stated in EUR excl. VAT per month. The packages (Free, Growth, Scale, Pro) are based on order volumes and included functionalities.

Payment is made in advance per month or year. When limits are exceeded, automatic scaling or fair use may be applied.

Winkel Factuur processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR. Invoices are securely stored for 7 years in accordance with legal retention obligation.

For VIES/Chamber of Commerce data and audit logs, appropriate technical and organizational measures apply.

Exports (such as UBL, CSV or journals) are generated with care. Mapping differs per accounting package (Exact, AFAS, Twinfield, etc.). The customer is responsible for the correct setup of general ledger and VAT codes in accounting.

Winkel Factuur is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or errors due to incorrectly set codes on the customer side.

A subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current period. After termination, the legal retention obligation for already issued invoices continues to apply.

Winkel Factuur may (temporarily) block access in case of misuse, non-payment or security risks.

All data you enter, including invoices, customer information, order data and exports, remains your exclusive property at all times.

You can export and download your data at any time. Upon termination of your subscription, you retain full access to export your data during a grace period of 30 days.

Winkel Factuur is provided 'as is' without any warranty, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices, VAT calculations and compliance with local tax regulations. Winkel Factuur does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses arising from the use of our services. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Winkel Factuur is currently in beta development phase. This means the platform is still under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.

Features, functionality, and user interface may change at any time without prior notice. We are continuously improving the platform based on user feedback and technical requirements.

By using this service during the beta phase, you acknowledge and accept that: (1) the service may experience downtime or interruptions, (2) data loss may occur despite our best efforts, (3) certain features may not work as expected, and (4) the service is provided on an 'as-is' basis without warranties.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of important data. We strongly recommend exporting your data regularly during the beta period.

Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these beta conditions and any risks associated with using beta software.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are exclusively submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
