Stores
With the stores module you manage all marketplace and webshop accounts from one central interface. Per company you assign stores to teams, configure templates and monitor compliance with the guidelines from fact.md.
Structure per company
Each store is linked to a company and platform. You determine which templates, languages and notifications are active. This allows multibrand retailers or agencies to easily manage multiple shops per client without settings getting mixed up.
Stores inherit default settings from their company, but you can override them for local formats or marketing campaigns.
Platform-specific options
Bol.com stores get automatic uploads and review alerts. Amazon stores can enable FBA reports. Shopify and WooCommerce stores integrate with the language and customer module for a seamless webshop experience.
You can manage specific API keys per store, including rotation schedules and audit logs.
Governance and compliance
The stores module works closely with authentication and companies. You see exactly which user has access to which store and which actions have been performed. This makes it easy to pass audits and complies with GDPR requirements.
Exports, reports and alerts can be filtered per store so teams only receive relevant data.
Daily workflow
- Add new stores via the wizard and check the test order.
- Schedule periodic reviews of API keys and notification settings.
- Filter dashboards and analytics on specific stores to compare performance.
- Synchronize changes with companies and teams to keep governance in order.
